Have questions about Medicare, in-home care, or finding a little extra support to help you stay healthy and independent at home? We're bringing helpful resources right here to the island!
Join us at the Health and Wellness Center at The Gathering Place for a one-on-one, half-hour appointment with Stacy Malone Miller from Northwest Regional Council or a representative from SHIBA (Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance).
Get help exploring eligibility for in-home care, caregiver support, non-emergency medical transportation, Medicare enrollment, and other services for older adults.
