Dance for Life is all about celebrating movement, music, wellness, connection, and feeling good in your body through beauty and grace. It is a weekly dance class designed for every body and every level of experience. This is not about performance or perfection. If you've never taken a dance class before - this is a great place to start!
Set to beautiful, inspiring music, the class gently builds strength, balance, coordination, and artistry in a way that feels accessible and supportive. Movements can be adapted to meet you where you are, whether you’re returning to movement, managing health concerns, or simply looking for a fun way to stay active.
