Take time to rest and recalibrate! Offer yourself the gift of rest and the opportunity to practice self-care, and self-compassion. Join Jennifer Martin for this restorative session, where she draws from the practices of meditation, gentle breathing practices, and crystal bowl sound healing to support the body to deeply rest. This deep rest is an invitation for us to travel inwards, exploring what is most meaningful to us, what no longer serves us, and action that is aligned with what is most important in life.
Cost: Suggested Donation of $20 per person to be collected at the event
