About the event
Held in a supportive ritual container of song, the afternoon begins with a guided meditation and vocal toning led by Amanda West, followed by time for group sharing and learning simple, heart-centered songs taught by ear. This two-hour gathering invites islanders and their friends to come together in the spirit of the Spring Equinox—a time of balance, renewal, and new beginnings.
The songs and practices support presence, resilience, hope, and connection, offering a chance to reconnect with yourself, one another, and the emerging energy of spring. Participants will leave with a deeper sense of grounding, inspiration, and community.
No musical experience is necessary, and all are warmly welcome.
