Unwind and restore in this deeply nourishing Yin & Restorative Yoga experience. Through long-held, gentle poses supported by props and gentle breath awareness, you’ll release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite a sense of ease into both body and mind. This slow, meditative practice is perfect for all levels and offers space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
